Very pleased overall, I would definitely go back. Everything is lovely here, had a really nice stay for two nights. The staff is outstandingly accommodating and the food is fine. The location is great and brilliant, a subway station 

Gorgeous and adequate breakfast with yoghurts and unlimited Juice.

Would stay here again, when I stay in London. Quaint clean property, it has really friendly and affable staff in the Duty Manager. This hotel offers a decent size and uniquely decorated rooms with slippers.  

This hotel was well-kept and great quality with competent staff in the Duty Manager. Our venue was in a peaceful and easy location to Aldgate than Tower Hill.

Excellent value and lovely small accommodation with exceptionally welcoming staff in the Duty Manager. Good cereals, pastries, and fruit in the morning. Very central location close to public transport, local breakfast. Also - just off both

Interesting place for 1 night with gentle staff in the Duty Manager. The stocked and nice modern room with comfy bed.

The continental breakfast was lovely and gorgeous with unlimited Juice and yoghurts and generous portion. Walk from an underground station, the location was brilliant and phenomenal, very close to Aldgate station.  

We had a local and gorgeous breakfast with generous portion, yoghurts, which seemed to have been deep fried in oil included option. The location was great and minutes from a subway station. It was across the secure area. 

High standard and brand-new room, service-minded staff in the Duty Manager. Perfect location, restaurants and bars not far from the hotel. Not far from main tourist attractions, like a tower and a theatre.  

This hotel is beautiful little, has gentle employees in the Duty Manager. It was in a particularly good and perfect location, minutes from an underground station. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby The Minories.  

Accommodation was fairly large and brilliant with courteous staff in the Duty Manager.

Greatly enjoyed how stunningly beautiful and absolutely fabulous the property was and its nice staff in the Duty Manager. The location was brilliant and awesome, adjacent to London center, Tower bridge and a tube station which was lovely 

It offers an amazing location and has extremely friendly staff in the Duty Manager. And it's by River Thames. There is a pleasant attached restaurant for breakfast.

I've booked executive queen room with good facilities and everything was lovely.
